FurSociety Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with FurSociety. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently anywhere in South Africa.


1. Shipping Partner

FurSociety uses Aramex Store-to-Door courier services for deliveries across South Africa.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

  • 8–11 business days depending on your location and courier operations.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Remote or outlying areas may take longer.


4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, FurSociety is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Strikes or civil disruptions
  • Load shedding or transport interruptions
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed over to Aramex, delivery timelines fall under the courier’s control.


5. Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

FurSociety is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by address corrections
  • Additional courier fees resulting from incorrect information

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, additional shipping fees may apply before resending.


7. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

FurSociety is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.


8. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa only.


9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

FurSociety reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time.
