    When do I enter my nameplate wording?

    After checkout we will reach out via WhatsApp or E-Mail to discuss the customization. You'll supply the details of the 4 nameplate labels in the order you prefer. An artwork approval will be sent. Please double-check your spelling before approving — nameplates are printed exactly as provided and cannot be changed after the order is placed.

    Can I use any wording I want on the nameplates?

    Yes — the nameplates are fully customisable. You can use your dogs' names, label by use (e.g. Collars, Extras, Keys), or any combination that works for your household. Each nameplate fits up to approximately 10–12 characters comfortably.

    What colours is the Walk Station available in?

    The Walk Station is available in Matte Black, Arctic White, Grey, Sunshine Yellow, and Mist Grey. Select your preferred colour when adding to cart. Customization of nameplates is done after checkout via E-Mail or WhatsApp.

    What type of poop bags fit the dispenser?

    The built-in dispenser is compatible with standard roll-style poop bags — the kind widely available at pet stores across South Africa. The dispenser holds six full rolls at a time and measures 69.5 mm W × 139.5 mm H × 88.5 mm D.

    What wall types can it be mounted on?

    The Walk Station includes M6 screws and wall plugs suitable for most standard wall types, including brick, plaster, and drywall. It uses 4 mounting points for a secure, level fit.

    How much weight can the hooks hold?
