- We make it – once you approve, we get to work personalising your Walk Station.
- We ship it – carefully packed and on its way. Delivery takes 5–8 working days.

How do I personalise my Walk Station?
You don't need to enter anything at checkout. After your order is placed, we'll contact you via WhatsApp and email with a short form to supply your 4 names. We then send a digital artwork proof for your approval before we make it.
Can I use text other than pet names?
Yes. The nameplates can show your pets' names or anything you like, for example “Collars”, “Towel” or “Extras”.
How long does delivery take?
Because each Walk Station is personalised after your artwork is approved, delivery takes 5–8 working days.
Which colours are available?
Matt Black, Mist Grey, White, Yellow and Grey. Need a different colour? Contact us and we can explore more options together.
Is the Walk Station easy to install?
Yes. It comes with M6 screws and wall plugs for secure wall mounting.
How does the poop bag dispenser work?
It holds 2 rolls. Fill it from the top and dispense from the bottom.
Can I wash the towel?
Yes, the Quick Drying Towel is machine washable.
Can I send the bundle as a gift?
Absolutely. We'll pack it in a black gift box with tissue paper and a FurSociety sticker, and can add a handwritten or printed note. Let us know after checkout.
